Friday, October 24, 2008 so we painted the pillars on monday. we ended around 1pm although we could leave at 12pm :/ but at least we tried our best. the paint site was so messy though. haaha. in the process of painting the pillars: anyone want to try this? :D chinese bridging on a lot of days. which sucks :/ cos it was boring and we had to do worksheets all the way till recess which is very long -__- ran on wed and we sort of slacked in class too before school ended :D end of year mass yesterday. boring -__- but it ended pretty quickly and everyone was o_o. suddenly got told we were recieving the heart award. rozann was in front of me and she got it too!(: after they gave out awards, waited for the person who's designing the new school, collected report books and worksheets then went off for science centre! :D mrs lau told me to keep up the good work o_o im glad my report book comment doesnt have the word 'quiet' anymore! its an achievement in a way(: i was really happy going to science centre :D and there was a dino right in front. it looked so cool(: did the experiment of transferring some DNA stuff to bacteria found in the intestines O: learnt about jellyfish and the difference between cells which produce light and those which relfect blue light into green light. went out with anns, yy, kel and crys to cck after the science centre thing. walked around the shopping centre for about 1 hr and slowly everyone separated and went home. there wasnt school today but we had to go to school for the last nzl briefing and all. sang sg and maori songs, learnt about leadership, got lots of worksheets and did team games :D homed, changed and went out again to meet deb then to city hall to meet wl and the others. we watched high school musical 3: senior year! xD it was quite good i'd say, perharps a 8/10. i liked some of their songs(: went for dinner after the movie, walked around for awhile and homed. they were having some kind of xbox advertising and a band singing there. look at the number of xboxes we could play! and not forgetting the car O: check out my finger blisters. resulted from bballing in the rain on wednesday and thursday. heh. water absorbed into your skin, makes it less strong, bball surface keeps rubbing your skin and tada! doesnt hurt when i poke/touch/press it but when i touch hot items it feels hotter than without the blisters and i cant really go grip something really hard so yeah :/ NZL flight on monday! it seems really fast. i have to pack the whole thing tomorrow and get everything by sunday if not there'll be a panic and mum will kill me. hhaha. celebration tomorrow(: Friday, October 17, 2008 so we attempted to fold 75,000 hearts today. everyone was arond the hall, folding and sticking hearts for a long long time. in the end we managed to reach 57,600 hearts. although we did not hit our goal, at least we tried our best(: was folding hearts at the start which i do not like): hahah. got called in and began to count the number of hearts and check the quality of it. collected more when we finished counting and the cycle continues O: was really tiring and we got pulled away for MT bridging -__- i'd rather stay in the hall and continue counting the hearts to reach our goal :/ had to leave the lower sec to count the heaps of hearts. hahha. which is quite a lot while we slog around in class as we had to do something. we had to rewrite letter writing and compo using those scenarios in the chinese paper): which is sort of pointless cos we've already done it during exams and redoing it is like -__-. gg and taffy show the size of the hearts xD : the SAF band performed after that in the hall. managed to go through it. nzl briefing for next week and went home. monday's supposed to be a holiday but we've got to go run and paint pillars o_o he also said we have to start running 3/4km and is gonna squeeze 2 more programmes in. 4km = 20 rounds! O: wonder if i can make it. hahah. probably would need an oxygen tank by then xD bballed from 5.30 - 8.40pm with deb, mrn, mrn's sis, wl and deb's bro today. sorta fun :D deb's bro even taught me some of the skill basics. yay(: kept using everyone as 'statues' :P played matches and deb's bro's friend joined in for awhile. there was a deepavali celebration going on and we decided to go home as it got more crowded. oh yeah i've got to complete the nzl book tmr. and i cant wait for The Godfather game! it seems fun :D Thursday, October 16, 2008 so we finished checking our papers today. i failed only maths but it was failed really badly): i cried cos my poa dropped from A1 to C6): was saddening cos poa was the subject i aimed for A1 so badly :/ it was weird how biology, chemistry, egeog and history got the same marks upon 50 although egeog will be added to ss and history doubled. so bio and chem did not pull down each other O: i got the same marks for english like SA1 and im glad i passed chinese. i ran 9 rounds today too to make up for wed when i didnt run cos i was feeling really sick in the morning. all my medicine may cause drowsiness -__- gonna run again tomorrow. bballed from 5.30 - 7.40pm today with wl, mrna, mrn at first, deb for awhile and followed by bd. the net's broken o_o also tore magazines again today. been tearing magazine pages for the past 2 days. i dont like folding hearts but i like tearing the pages into half. hahah xD 75,000 folded hearts attempt starts tomorrow. so we're practically going to school to fold hearts. it seems really -__- i hope most of us arent going to pon cos we'll have to make extras for each absent person :/ did anyone watch 'i survived a japanese gameshow' today?! its damn funny :D and i dont like donnell cos he backstabbed 2 girls that he made alliances with -__- but its still funny(: its on thursdays, starting on 8pm. next week's espisode 4. heheh. gotta pack the nzl backpack soon! its just around the corner O: Monday, October 13, 2008 i feel sick): been coughing like crazy these days, flu and sore throat. stayed over at relative's house on sat and swam yesterday before following mum and then going back for dinner :D woke up at 7.30am this morning, went to school to run 14 rounds [walked one xD], went for nzl briefing by teachers, video shown which will be shown to the school tmr, learnt to fold hearts, end briefing, homed. i learnt how to fold a heart for the first time! hahah. rushed home, packed stuff, went to tiong, met the others, set off to ecp!(: cycled and kelly was the first to fall. hahaha. :P rode to the jetty first and took pictures :D these two pictures are as though we were selling the bikes -__- hahah. but they are lined up pretty nice xD sun was scourching hot though :/ but not enough to dampen our spirits! u-turned later on and headed to the beach to play! :D went on further and stopped by the breakwater xD notice the weather change O: soon after taking tons of pictures it was getting dark and everyone went home except me and doro.
