Tuesday, June 30, 2009 so school has started): wasnt looking forward to it cos of the piles of homework that will be submitted, yet looking forward to it too because i'll be able to talk to my friends :D hahah. first day of school was kind of slack though. watched the ayg opening ceremony yesterday while doing biology. hahah. the performances were sort of boring so i focused only when the countries were introduced. chinese orals today!): it was scary :/ but i still managed to survive :D maybe its due to the fact i got a *lenient teacher o_o although she was laughing at my answers for the conversation. gives a sense of comfort with fear. went out with zenna, sq, kel, kelly and chris after school. lunched before going to the library. talked and homed after that. havent been playing basketball for like 4 days already? think im going to do so tomorrow(: i hope. cant believe 'o' lvl chinese orals are just next week. oh well. to end off, this is for you, kb worm! hahah :D Friday, June 26, 2009 tuition was cancelled today so i went down earlier for basketball :D at first we had to wait for them to play their full court matches, then we joined in to play 4 vs 4 vs 4 matches(: it was quite fun. there was this group of fillipino basketballers that came later on. they played against hk, mw, bd, stan, rudy and edy. i think hk's group won :D but there was this particular opponent who had an attitude :/ after the match they swallowed the whole court -__- mrn and i went to the other court while the others went for dinner. there was this group of indian men who came and sat around the court area :/ the thing is they kept staring at us and we were like the only ones. so annoying. decided to call wl and rush them all there. thankfully xiong came and played with us although he was on his way home. thanks :D the group soon came but the men still kept staring. in the end they 'left' but decided to camp at the nearby void deck. argh. played a match until lights off and walked back. at least now the bunch of idiots didnt follow. going to chiong remaining homework tomorrow): but theres tuition too :/ ah. not going to go for basketball anymore - at least for now. i dont want to die when school reopens. hahah. oh and RIP Micheal Jackson. the most popular person in the world. apparently he suffered a cardiac arrest and couldnt be revived. unfortunately it happened before his concert in London. another reminder to live life to the fullest! Thursday, June 25, 2009 looks like school's still starting as usual - for now): oh well. chinese orals on tuesday! bet im going to die from it. forced myself not to play basketball on tuesday cos i wanted to do homework. hahah. in the end i only completed some questions -__- new came to my house yesterday to do homework :D we ended up talking all the way after lunch :/ it was fun though(: had tuition after that before going out with mum and all. dinner before heading home. went out today with wl, mw, ben, kj, sf, jason, yunda and nigel to kbox! everyone was like really paiseh to sing o_o maybe except wl. hhaha. yunda's singing was like pro though xD dinner after that then went back to the court. wl and i went home to change first before going back but we didnt play much in the end cos the haolian and lousy guys were there again so they had matches. although our side lost, at least they tried their best :D some of them cant be compared to the much bigger size guys anyway so they were pretty good already. we kept cheering them on. the dancing guy and hk soon joined in to the match too(: hung out with mw, sf, ben and wl for a while after everyone left when the lights went off before heading home. ah tuition tomorrow :/ i really need to complete my homework too!): Monday, June 22, 2009 basketball on saturday and yesterday after the usual tuitions. learnt the spin move in basketball :D screwed up so much at first when i used my new shoes): it felt so heavy, a little loose and stiff which hurts my feet :/ was annoyed with screwing up during matches and all. but im slowly getting used to it now. yay(: i've exchanged the shoelaces with my previous shoes anyway so its tighter too :D went out with deb and wl today for lunch(: its been a long time since the three of us went out. it was quite fun :D met up with ben, sf, mw and jw after that before all of them went to watch 'drag me to hell' except deb and i. played a little arcade with deb and wl while they're getting the tickets. there was this guy who gave us two of the cookie monsters! (because we were making noise over it) so nice :D i didnt expect it xD then we also obtained this not-so-nice-looking elmo and deb asked the guy whether we could change it. he agreed and gave us two too because the first wasnt that nice. hahah so cool!(: so deb and i just walked around waiting for them to finish watching their movie. met up with them again and went for dinner before heading home. i wondered why deb kept hipcupping too. hahah :P www.channelnewsasia.com/singapore/index.htm im so glad orals were postponed(: i just dont feel ready for it right now :/ also hoping that holidays will extend by 1 week! everyone's passing the message on :P gogo vote~ Friday, June 19, 2009 it turned out there wasnt a chemistry lesson on wednesday. but. i went to school -__- apparently no one told me it was cancelled. thankfully i didnt live so far away. if not i'll be so pissed off. hahah. waffle gathering yesterday! :D thank you gwen, isma, sherilynn, eliz, wl, cherri and shiqian for coming! although some of you didnt stay for long, i hoped you enjoyed the waffles(: as for those people who cancelled last minute, i'll make sure i deal with you. whahah. ah well. guess you'll have to try it next time. basketball after that before running. ran with my new shoes and it was so heavy :/ couldnt run all the way because my feet and back were aching. looks like i'll have to get used to it. slept for 12 hours today and i wonder why i slept for so long o_o perhaps its because ive been playing basketball till very late these days :/ had tuition anyway before going down for basketball. guess i played relatively a little above average today. loved the tyco jumpshots. hahah. one of the guys also teached layup and finger roll. yay :D two tuitions tomorrow): dont know whether i should go to basketball again. maybe i should then mug the next week away. hmm. Tuesday, June 16, 2009 went out with relatives on saturday for dinner(: but i didnt manage to go for the chalet :/ chemistry lesson yesterday. it was supposed to last 3 hours but it ended up going on for 4 hours. almost died from it. hahah. went for lunch with faz, claire, eliz, isma and diana after that before heading home. basketball on sunday and yesterday :D had fast paced matches too. it was fun :D hahah. watched 'land of the lost' with wl, yt, mw, jw, jason, yunda, cherri, ben, nigel and ben's sister today. it was funny at some parts but mostly lame -__- didnt have a proper storyline. would rate it 1.5/5. the mosquito part was especially gross -__- watch it if you have nothing to do(: didnt plan for anything else so we just walked around. ended up going back and playing basketball. had matches and the match teamed up with jw, yunda, wl and cherri was super fun :D although we didnt really count the score. hahah. soon the soccer people came so we went to rise to play some more. played a boring match before there was this group of super haolian guys -__- cant stand their haolian-ness because they dont even play better than the juniors. so wl and i didnt play matches with them anyway cos they were so rough but mw and the juniors did. both of us couldnt do much so we sat at the fitness corner and talked about things. chemistry lesson tomorrow): hope it wont take so long. theres tuition too :/ i have to run! i bet ive lost all my stamina after i stopped running for such a long time. Friday, June 12, 2009 stayed over at relative's house with couz on wednesday :D had a crazy ds session before talking about lots of stuff and sleeping at 4.30am. hahah. woke up early yesterday and went home for preparation. went out after that to watch the movie 'ghost of girlfriend's past' with new(: the movie was quite alright with some funny parts :D would rate it 3.5/5. after that we didnt have any other plans but it was also too early to go home. so we walked around randomly. hahah. ended up going home anyway o_o but i still loved the outing :D started feeling really tired when i got home. it was like all my energy was sucked away instantly :/ woke up real late today as a result. had tuition before going to night safari(: the last time i went was when i was 6? hahah. took the tram, watched the show before heading home. i dont know how im going to wake up tomorrow. makeup tuition in the morning): followed by usual tuitions in the afternoon and evening. so dead. dont know if i can make it for the chalet :/ going to start mugging and doing homework again soon. and i need to because there is still tons to do -__- yet im still going out in the week. cant believe im still so slackish when its about 4 months to 'o's. Tuesday, June 09, 2009 spent most of the day doing homework yesterday but i didnt even manage to finish the whole worksheet -__- went to cut my hair too :D it feels so light now. hahah. i can even choose not to tie up my hair but i'll look weird o_o finally finished the worksheet today. felt so accomplished till i became too lazy to start on the next :/ basketball with wl, mrn, jw, kj, mw and ben after that. had matches but it was quite boring. the ahpeks watching even shouted and asked why some people werent running. couldve played till lights off but we decided to go home early today. tuition tomorrow): with homework spamming :/ Sunday, June 07, 2009 didnt die after poa lesson on thursday. hahah. went out with faz, joanne and sher for breakfast and for faz's and joanne's haircut. ended up late for history lesson :/ thankfully i didnt get scolded :D english seminar on friday. found it informative and good(: the first speaker was better because she gave a lot of tips and everything but the second didnt really help much o_o basketball on both days till lights off :D there was this tall guy who also shot the basketball like me yet was highly accurate :D so i dont think i should change my way so much. he even gave me tips to do a layup. yay(: tuitions yesterday as usual. and im about to go for another one soon): oh well. going to start doing homework and studying soon :/ no lessons the second week but ive already loaded myself with lots of stuff which include lots and lots of tuition. hope i survive~ Wednesday, June 03, 2009 rock climbing today!(: it was fun except for the first rock i climbed because i was stuck there for a long time and i used all my arm strength instead of my legs -__- the instructor wasnt encouraging either. hahah. but i succeeded the second time! :D (although its an easier rock) but the instructor was much more supportive and encouraging(: muscles started to ache and i was awarded a blueblack from the rock climbing): had poa class after that but i felt so tired :/ thankfully it lasted only an hour. slept for like 2 hours later on in the afternoon before going for basketball :D but played only for awhile before the ahpeks took over :/ shouldnt even have gone down today. hahaha. poa and history class tomorrow!): and the time gap is like so big -__- i hope poa wont kill me before history starts. hahah. oh well. Tuesday, June 02, 2009 so my chinese 'o's are over! :D mugged like crazy on sunday at greatgrandmother's house but ended up playing for a bit =x hahah. was having a gathering for an anniversary. the chinese paper was quite alright but i almost didnt want to memorise the formal letter format. thankfully i did because the informal letter question was too hard -__- plus i didnt know how to read it. comprehension was quite okay too but i felt so sleepy in the middle of it :/ the passages were easier to read than school exercises but were still hard to understand and to do. just hope i'll pass. went to do a mission later on at night and i succeeded(: haaha. ug camp today and although i think that the games part bore everyone out, it was still fine. we were supposed to stay over but we couldnt cos of the H1N1 thing. trekked after that at bukit timah. it was fun :D except for the fact that a fly flew into my mouth while i was catching my breath -__- i didnt swallow it(: but i guess the fly still died when i managed to spit it out. felt so grossed out after that. bbq was held after trekking and it was fun and hilarious too because everyone was shooting ys and talking about stuff(: rock climbing tomorrow o_o hope i'll have the strength. but theres also poa class tomorrow! ah): i have to like leave 30 minutes early from the camp. the first week is like so crammed with lessons and all. but i feel really high now(: yay~
