Wednesday, November 26, 2008 i managed to pack my table today! yay :D its all neat and tidy now. went down to bball after packing at 6pm. juniors and all having match! was like the only girl there -__- hahah. mrn, her friend and her sis came later on while the others had another match with the 'blue guys' but they lost :/ then they all went for dinner while mrn and me played 1 vs 1. sort of :P later on wl finally came but mrn went home -__- then the others came back too. had a match among ourselves. its the primary people vs the secondary! hhaha. we won i think xD juniors and others left shortly after. then the 'blue guys' came to join wl and me o_o we were like so alone there. hhahaha. they were gonna have a match and were nice enough to ask us too :D if not we'll be forced to go home. but they didnt know our names so they called wl, mary and me, jane. wth hahah -__- had 3 matches althogether. first was with a guy called cheng hung or something and we were called the girl power group cos of me and wl. haaha. we won! :D hes damn pro can. us 3 vs 4 somemore. everyone changed teams again and we lost the second match): my different team won again in the third match though :P hahah there was like 5 mins of rain in between. we continued even after lights off. i got hit in my stomach when the bball was thrown too hard and also in my face during those matches. my cheek was like numb. i hope there isnt any blue black :/ finally went home at 10.30pm! was like super hungry. my arms and feet are like dead tired also. hahaha. but it was quite fun today(: and we're going to some other bball court tomorrow afternoon O: Tuesday, November 25, 2008 we made our group bball tee yesterday :D went to queensway with wl and bd, met cherri and her friend there. back to purmei, changed, then to rise bball court to have a match with the others. woke up at about 1.30pm today (due to talking on the phone until like 4am?), changed, went to meet sy to take some stuff, homed, then went to rise bball court again with wl. at first there was like no one there but jw and kj came awhile later. ng and js came also. had a 3 vs 3 match and we lost. hahaha. wl was blocking me then she knocked into me but shes the one who fell -__- juniors then left to go out and play pool although they tried to persuade us to go. slacked around with wl, jw and kj but went to the nearby playground later on and played catching with the kids there. hhaha it was damn retarded. soon they went home and the 4 of us played ice and freeze? xD it was quite fun though a bit childish. hahaha. wl got chased by the other 2 lots of times. homed although purmei court was quite empty cos we were tired. it seems like everyone is going out tomorrow! and im going to rot at home again?): guess im going to finish homework and finally pack my table! Sunday, November 23, 2008 i managed to force myself to wake up today. quite amazing actually. hahah. so i watched it! 'Youtube Live'! but kevjumba wasnt present, which was disappointing): but it was quite entertaining(: the boy in the picture whos breakdancing is about 8 if im not wrong. cool huh? :D they were performing as Jon Chu's new dancing crew, The League of Extraordinary Dancers (LXD). watch their video(: legacy was in there! he rocks :D fell asleep soon after the end of the show, woke up, prepared, went to the pet shop for taffy's test today and gg's grooming. we went earlier so we could practise :D felt some stress though as i was afraid we couldnt make it :/ taffy halfway during practise o_o thirsty! their golden retriever. damn cute(: a poodle puppy! :D damn cute also. haahah. taffy all tired out after the test. im so thankful that taffy passed the test! Do you hold grudges? depends. woot its 12. i think i should go sleep now xD Wednesday, November 05, 2008 HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY SS! and IM BACK FROM NZL! :D (ytd) it was really cold there! and ive never worn so many layers of clothes in my life. hahah. was in group 5, ubique!(: got to know new friends too. yay. hahaha. i love my group :D overview these days: day 1 [27th october o8] - gathered. check in. went to terminal 3 and came back. 1st transit flight to msia. waited for the 2nd flight group to come. ate and all. took flight to nzl. day 2 [28th] - reached nzl! went for lunch and 5 hrs bus ride to opc. it was in the evening when we reached there but it was super dark and cold. brief. get stuff. sleep. day 3 [29th] (local day) - breakfast. group acitivity (tied up together and walked all the way to shed for materials) find former opc site. climbed the tree [we took 2 hrs -__- ] bathed. dinner. presentation. sleep. day 4 [30th] (mountain day) - made breakfast. breakfast. clean-up. prepare and driven to mount ruapehu. got ready. climbed. lunch. continued to our peak. played with snow :D we kept going up and sliding down. i kept falling when i tried to climb up xD we built snowmen and had small snowfights. it was fun(: hard to climb up, easy to go down. hahah. driven to team games site. had the tire game and balancing thing. the tires were really heavy and we couldnt talk but had to oraganise them back. back to chalet. wash up. dinner. reflection. shared views. presentation. sleep. day 5 [31st] (water day) - breakfast. preparation (wetsuits and rubber boots). the wetsuits were really tight and difficult to wear -__- tied up canoes. travelled to the place to start canoeing. canoed to the island which was our destination. lunch over there. paddled back. went back to opc. clean-up. went for flying fox! :D it looked really far and scary but i realised it wasnt so scary after all(: the scenery rocks. went back to chalet. bathe. dinner. compass and map for the quiz. 3 rounds and we screwed up the 2nd round which pulled our score down :/ our skit rocked though(: reflection. sleep. day 6 [1st nov o8] (overnight expedition) - breakfast. preparation. took 3 hours to travel to campsite. set up tents. talked/laughed/slacked in tents. had dinner and hot milo. supposed to sleep but cl, ra, gw and me talked about some matters. hahah. it was freezing cold and whats worse is that i didnt open my sleeping bag cos i was lazy :P had to go to the bushes when we needed to do our business. day 7 [2nd] (back to opc) - was trembling and teeth were chattering in the morning (due to last night) breakfast really early. preparation to go back. kept tents (they were wet as it had been raining non stop ytd). trekked back in 55 mins :D we looked like we just bathed cos the plants were wet. the plants kept 'slapping' faces if you werent careful and there was this plant which has thorns for its leaf. i had several pokes from it. pain -__- wash up. returned stuff. washed van. got ready. packed dorms. packed backpacks. ate final lunch together with instructor): group gathering. checked chalets. went to buses. travelled to kiwi parka. reached. checked the rooms. went for dinner and shopping. rushed like crazy for dinner. the cashiers were really slow :/ went back to kiwi parka. practised songs and sleep. day 8 [3rd] - breakfast. went to rotoroua girl's high school. saw the girl's haka and went to the hall for the session. had cookies and a drink. divided into 3 groups. presentation first followed by the hall to learn stuff and to then music room to learn how to sing their national song and another song. group photo. went off for lunch and then to wai-o-tapu thermal wonderland. the sulphur smell was very strong and smelly -__- it supposedly smelt like rotten eggs so yeah. did experiment and went for dinner at kiwi parka. briefing and all. stayed up with the others and sleep. day 9 [4th] - packed bags. cleared room. went to somewhere for breakfast. super rush. went to the supermarket to buy stuff. long ride to auckland airport. everyone was dozing off xD reached the airport. check in. went to shops while waiting. gathered and took the flight to msia. 10 hours -__- tiring. hahah. went to shops in msia while waiting again. gathered and took the flight back to singapore! :D got our luggage and went off. i went home and gave the stuff to my family :D before turning in at about 1am+. long week huh? but it seemed to pass pretty fast o_o i miss pete!): i miss everyone looking blur and brushing their teeth in the morning. hahha. i miss laughing like crazy together. i miss our group cheer that we did together. i miss jotie! [sp?] i miss those leaf-lookalike moths. hhahah. i miss those times when we had nothing to do and we just chatted. oh man): but at least we have those memories in our hearts :D im really tired right now. heh. i found out i might have a mild frostbite): my skin's peeling off too): bballed from 7 - 9pm just now, came home and lifted weights :D yay im finally contented after not doing those for 2962348 yrs :/ i cant wait to eat chicken rice(:
